Parameters

Ignored string used to maintain constant-length messages.
codeHash
Type: Nullable<(Of <(<'String>)>)>
CodeHash is (not really) optional and makes a call way faster.
txOptions
Type: Nullable<(Of <(<'TxOptions>)>)>
The tx options.
